Booking and Cancellation Policy:  Deposits are non refundable.  Guided fishing charters with Wild East Outfitters run rain or shine.  Wild East Outfitters reserves the right to cancel trips due to unsafe river and weather conditions. All deposits for cancelled trips will be applied to another date.  Cancellations by clients outside of 30 days will have their deposits applied to another date.  Cancellations within 30 days will lose their deposit.  We only have a set number of days to guide every year and when we get bookings we remove those dates from the calendar.  We are a small business and cannot absorb the impact of cancelled trips because we do not have enough time to fill those dates.  Thank you for your understanding.  

 

Checklist Of Things To Bring on Your Trip:  Current PA Fishing License with PA Trout Stamp, sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray, rain coat, change of clothes, waders and boots for spring, fall and winter trips, clothes and shoes you don't mind getting wet in the summer.  We mainly run drift boat trips and most of the fishing will be done from boats but you may get wet getting in and out of the boat.
